Monday to Friday  – 9am to 5pm
Saturday  – Closed
Sunday – Closed

When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

• Valid Emirates ID or Passport
• Insurance information
• Referral Letter (if required)
• Reports, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information
• A comprehensive list of your current medications, including any natural therapies
• The patient registration form will be filled in online when you attend the clinic

Appointments
We recognise that your time is valuable and every effort will be made to see you at your appointed time, although occasionally there may be a delay. This usually occurs because another patient needs to be delivered during a consulting session. If this happens you will be offered another appointment, although you are welcome to wait until Dr. Elsa returns. Children are welcome, but should there be delays, it may be difficult to keep them entertained.

To cancel an appointment

Please telephone the clinic during business hours and allow at least 1 day’s notice, so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
